Care that fits your whole life

One membership covers well-woman exams, contraception, menopause care, chronic conditions, sick visits, and care for your kids or spouse. You choose the female physician who fits. Families often split doctors across our team. When a sensitive exam feels better with a different gender, we simply swap without friction.

Why a female doctor at Integrity Medicine matters

Most issues these visits catch cause no symptoms at first. Regular exams find problems while they remain easy to treat.

Real access without the wait

Most patients check in and walk straight back. We have run friendly competitions to see how many people we can see without a single butt hitting a waiting-room chair. Appointments start at thirty minutes and run longer when the conversation needs it.

Comfort for women’s health

Well-woman exams, contraception talks, menopause questions, and gynecologic concerns happen with a physician who understands. You do not have to drive to Wichita or wait months for a specialist just for a Pap smear or hormone discussion.

A female doctor who lives in Andover

Dr. Anna Cleland-Leighton is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who sees patients of all ages. She trained at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed the Wesley Family Medicine Residency in Wichita. She practiced in rural Kansas before joining us and lives right here in Andover with her family.

Works with real schedules

Teachers and nurses in our area often cannot take a full day off for a one-hour visit. We handle many of those patients by phone and leave medication in an exterior lockbox for pickup on the way home around 7:30 or 8 p.m. When an exam is needed, it takes an hour, not a full day. The bill auto-debits monthly, so you can send a teenager in without a wallet.

How getting started works

The process has four parts. Everything centers on your complete health picture.

Step 1:
Book a free meet-and-greet

Talk with the doctor or team. Ask anything. No pressure and no enrollment required to show up.

Step 2:
Choose your membership

Payment is auto-debited on the first of the month. Cancel with thirty days’ notice. Over 85 percent of our patients keep their insurance for specialists, hospital care, and big imaging. They simply stop using it for primary care.

Step 3:
Start care the same week

Email your physician for questions, refills, or same-day needs. Most issues resolve without an office visit. Every doctor here books her own appointments. That personal step often turns a requested visit into a simple email answer.

Step 4:
See the same physician every time

Relationship-based care. The same doctor who knows your history handles your well-woman exam, your blood pressure, and your kid’s sports physical if you want.

What your membership includes

  • Adults 18 to 44: $60 a month

  • Adults 45 to 64: $80 a month

  • Adults 65 to 99: $100 a month

  • Adults 100 and over: $1 a month

Your membership includes unlimited office visits, well-woman exams, Pap smears, most in-office procedures, direct email and phone access to your physician, and cash-price labs and medications. Labs run about 15 percent of the typical insurance price. A CBC costs a few dollars instead of sixty-five. An annual lab panel lands around twenty-five dollars instead of two hundred fifty.

Compare that to cash-pay clinics that charge $125 or more just for the annual exam and $150 for a first visit—then bill again for every follow-up.

How we approach care at Integrity Medicine

Full attention during your exam

We leave our phones outside the room during exams. You should not have to watch your doctor glance at a screen while they should be listening to you.

Care that responds when you need it

Same-day and next-day openings are normal for members. Non-urgent questions get an email answer within twenty-four hours. When something is urgent, we handle it the same day.

Time focused on you, not billing codes

Appointments are not limited by insurance coding rules. Our notes are for us and for whatever specialist we may need to send you to later. The visit lasts as long as it needs to.

Screenings and care scheduled around your health

Insurance companies use 91-day rules for labs and 365-day-plus-one rules for mammograms. Patients who are one day early get denied. We order labs and follow-ups when they make sense for you, not when the insurance clock says so.
