We offer sports physicals at no extra cost to our members. Membership starts at as little as $30 per month and includes access to other medical services at no extra cost.
What happens during a student physical or sports physical?
During a student physical or sports physical, a healthcare provider checks that a person’s body is healthy and able to participate safely in school or athletic activities.
Can my child get a physical without becoming a member?
No. Membership is required, but it includes ongoing medical care for less than the cost of a single urgent care visit.
What forms do you complete?
We complete all standard Kansas school and sports forms, including signed consent forms for student athletes.
