Are school physicals free for members?

Yes. If your child is a member, their school or sports physical is included with the monthly membership fee, so there's no extra cost during the process of your visit.

What happens during a school or sports physical exam?

The doctor will review your child's medical history, check vital signs like blood pressure, assess their body for strength and flexibility, and address any health concerns before they join school activities or sports.

Can my child get a physical without joining?

No. Membership is required, but it's more affordable than most single urgent care visits and includes other healthcare services all year.

Which forms will you fill out?

We complete all standard Kansas school and sports forms required for participation, including forms for student athletes.

What schools and programs do you serve?

We see students from Andover schools and surrounding communities, as well as kids participating in sports programs in the Wichita area.

Where is your Andover clinic located?

Our Andover office is in a convenient location near schools, making it easy for parents and kids to get their physicals without a long drive.

Is Integrity Medicine A Walk-In Clinic?

No. We are a direct primary care practice. Members have direct communication with their doctor to schedule an appointment.

Does Integrity Medicine provide urgent care services?

We're often able to provide treatment for minor emergencies like lacerations, cuts, and foreign object removal. If it's not something we can safely treat, we'll recommend you visit an urgent care center.

Can you treat minor injuries or illnesses?

Yes. If your child has symptoms, minor injuries, or needs medication, we can often treat them during a visit.

I don't live in Andover. Do you offer school physicals near me?

We currently have locations in Andover and Newton.

Does my child need to be a certain age for a school physical?

School physicals are often required for enrollment as early as kindergarten. We provide school physicals for students 17 and under.

Dr. Anna Cleland-Leighton

Dr. Anna Cleland-Leighton is a board-certified family medicine physician at the Andover clinic. She sees patients of every age and is accepting new patients.

She trained at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and finished residency at Wesley Family Medicine in Wichita. She lives in Andover with her family.

Her work includes well-woman exams, contraception conversations, menopause care, and family medicine for kids and adults.

Dr. Jaimie Fager is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician with ER, hospital, and clinical medicine experience.
