At our Andover clinic, allergy testing comes with your Direct Primary Care membership. We order a blood test that measures the antibodies behind your symptoms, then we read the results with you. Your membership covers the visit and the test, so no separate bill arrives later.
Schedule Free Meet & GreetThe Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America has ranked Wichita the most challenging U.S. city for seasonal allergies three years in a row. Heavy tree and grass pollen drive that ranking, along with limited access to allergy specialists. You can read the 2025 Allergy Capitals report for the full data.
Tree pollen, grass, ragweed, dust mites, mold, and pet dander overlap through most of the year here. A blood test shows which of these your body reacts to.

Professional testing identifies reactions to outdoor allergens and indoor allergens that commonly affect our region:
Seasonal allergens: oak, maple, birch, and other tree pollens; grass pollens; ragweed and weed pollens
Indoor allergens: dust mites, mold spores, cat and dog dander, animal dander from other pets
Year-round triggers: household molds and proteins found in dust that can trigger asthma attacks
Comprehensive testing for food allergies and medication sensitivities that can cause severe reactions:
Common food allergens: tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat
Drug allergy testing: penicillin sensitivity and other medication allergies
Specialized testing: evaluation for severe cases requiring supervised food challenges
Advanced testing options for specific exposure concerns:
Contact dermatitis patch testing: metals, fragrances, preservatives that cause skin reactions
Insect allergy testing: bee, wasp, and hornet venom allergies
Occupational allergens: workplace substances that may trigger symptoms
Our local allergy specialists understand the specific environmental challenges facing residents in our area and provide testing tailored to regional allergens.

Your physician reviews your history and your symptoms. We talk about where you spend your time and what seems to set you off, then we decide together which allergens to test.
We take a blood sample in the office and send it to a certified lab for IgE analysis. Results come back within a few business days.
We explain which allergens you reacted to and how that matches what you feel. A positive result on its own does not confirm an allergy, so this step matters.
Your results shape the plan. It might mean avoiding a trigger or starting a medication. Some patients move toward longer-term treatment, and for them we offer allergy drops in Andover.

"I only just had my first visit with Dr Fager today and even before we have results of any kind, already I have never felt so heard by a physician, and never have I felt so trustworthy of a doctor before. Not only is the quality of care a plus, but the affordability of labs is also unbeatable. Wonderful staff as well!"

"Healthcare how it should be! I've received exactly the care I hoped for from this wonderful clinic. Dr. Fager and Sarah are knowledgeable and compassionate. I love the DPC model because I hate all the hoops insurance companies make you jump through. So far it has been super affordable including the medications, lab work, office visits, and X-ray I had completed. Integrity Medicine is a gem for the Andover community!"

"Amazing care from Dr. Fager. I had injured myself on a Sunday and she came in on her day off to help me with no hesitation. She took her time with my facial stitches and now a week later no one can tell that I even had them! She invests herself in each patient and even messaged me asking about my progress. Dr. Fager truly dedicates herself to her patient's well-being like no other doctor I've encountered."

"Love Dr. Fager and staff. They are super quick to respond to needs. When I broke my ankle, Dr. Fager even made a house call to come see me! Highly recommend."
